OFS and FFS are file systems from Commodore for the Amiga. OFS was intended for floppy disk use only, while FFS was intended for both floppy disks and hard disks. FFS is included from WB1.3, from 2.0 it is included in the ROM.
SFS is an alternative file system for the Amiga.
PFS was a commercial file system for the Amiga. According to the Amiga magazine it was always the fastest file system in the Amiga universe. It runs from a 68000 and via a patch even under KS1.3.
PFS3 has been open source since the beginning of 2011.

Several file systems for accessing CDroms appeared for the Amiga. Some only offered the Iso 9660, others also supported Rockridge and Joliet. AllegroCDFS is the only file system that also supports UDF. BabelCDFS even supports WB1.3.
DOS identifiers are written during partitioning so that the Amiga can recognize the file system.
